About the event
In partnership with FIRST Canada and Funded by McCall & MacBain, we are offering the opportunity for individuals and teams to become certified as FIRST FLL Camp Leaders.
Having this training allows FTC Teams to run their own camps that they can charge for to help fund their FTC teams. In order to run a subsequent FLL camp and use Robotics North Society robots, youth need to have this training.
Training will be mid June (2 days) followed by a week of camp. Training is NOT paid, but FTC-ers will receive an honorarium for working the mandatory camp. This camp takes place June 16-21. Number of hours available to each leader will depend on the number of FTC-ers who enroll in training.
